Womens Golf

The first golf course was popular with women in the 1800s, the Victorian era ruled the earth, and the golf course. Conventional Victorian fashion the time had lady golfers dressed like they were going to take an afternoon tea. Image straw hats, skirts that fell to the ground, high-necked blouses and formal shoes with buttons. These ladies looked more like he could go to the opera to take in a game of golf.

The pain of Fashion
