Golf Tournament
How do I propose to pay for the golf tournament?
I was invited by one of my clients to a golf tournament in two weeks as one of four players. I accepted and I am very happy for you! I talked to my boss and he wants I pay the bill for everything. How can I pay? I know which country it is a club but I do not know who is putting on the tournament. I am not sure of good because I etiqutte been invited by him. If I had asked, it would be easy. Should I say something now or the day of the tournament?
Golf outings are an excellent way for groups to raise money. There is a good chance that your client is to set up a quartet of people like you who he / she wants to learn know a little better and have a good time with. Call him and tell him that when you spoke with your boss about the trip, your boss has offered to sponsor your quartet. Your client will probably be impressed that your boss is interested enough to sponsor the day, and will help develop your business relationship. Of course, your client might already be trying to do the same. Perhaps if your client wants to pay for quartet you can get information on the exit and there is something else that your boss could sponsor: hole sponsorship, beer basket, all kinds of options. Golf outputs a lot of fun, do not be discouraged if your client wants to pay.
