Bag Towel
Is filled with water or sand / heavy bag filled towel the best?

I am planning on buying a 80 – 100lb heavy bag and did not understand the advantages or disadvantages of a sand / filled towel and a heavy bag filled with water (with foam) heavy bag. Has anyone used? Do you have a preference? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be mounting the bag in the ceiling and not to buy bag up. I'm down to two bags to choose (100lb Nevatear Everlast Worldwide Heavy Bag or water Everlast Heavy Bag 80 lbs). Thank you! I will be using a big bag and wrapped the gloves. My hands should be protected properly. As I have not had a chance to hit two of them before make a purchase, I wanted to see if others have an opinion on it.

Definitely go with a sand / towel bag. You will be packaged and gloves for your hands should be. I have a lot of boxing experience and have touched many bags I think a heavy bag of water is not a good way to go. It's funny May travel with your fist and at least with a bag of sand, if you have long and starts to crack or hole, you can fix with duct tape or masking tape. With water you could not do that. Yeah, now that I think of it, I am willing to bet that sandbags have a life then a bag of water.
